Thank Heavens for Abby!!!

Josh is getting married next week (to the cutest girl). And so naturally we ALL need our hair done. We went to my Mom's house on Monday and went to it. Well, Abby went to it. She should get all sorts of prizes. She did my Mom's hair (cut and colored), my hair (cut and colored), Abigails hair (highlights and CUT), my Dad's hair (cut), Molly's hair (Trim), Leah's hair (trim), and Josh's hair (cut). Poor Abby. She didn't complain once and every once and a while, she would sneak some food in. (No wonder she is so tiny) But it was a fun day. I really don't know what any of us would do without her! Thanks Abby!

Schultz Family Easter Party

Now this is a big deal. For those of you who don't know, we take this Easter hunt very seriously. When Debbies kids started losing interest in Easter hunts, Debbie started putting money in the eggs. Now, in the past, we are tied to our partner (around our inner legs) and one person has their hands tied behind their back and the other is blindfolded. This year (I think out of concern for her unborn grandchild) Debbie and Neil hid the eggs using GPS coordinates! The big money prizes were in those! Guess who found the egg with the $50.00 in it? Yes that is right. Nate and Sarah. That is five out of eight years for me. (not to brag;)) Anyway, after the adults, it was the kids turn. They have all sorts of prizes (beach towels, water ballons kits, nurf guns you name it) money, and treats hidden. I think they had as much fun as the adults, but you never know. Thanks again Neil and Debbie!

My Crazy, Funny new brother-in-law!!!

My new brother-in-law Ducky (his name is Mike, but we already have a Mike, so we call him Ducky) offered to test out Debbie's two tazers. I am not so sure, but I have heard that these things hurt.?!
This is the first one. On the leg, through the pants.
Getting ready for test number two.
Notice the flexed wrist and head that is about to explode.
No flexed wrist.
This one is not so bad he says. Kind of like an electric fence. Now, I myself, have never touched an electric fence. But, to each their own.
Ducky said that the first one would make your attacker drop his knife of gun if they came at you. Hold on to that one Debbie.
Thanks Ducky for testing these. I have a can of pepper spray... I have always wondered what it does... Would you like to test it for me? What are you doing next Tuesday?

My chefs-in-training!

So Molly and Leah are food network junkies!! Everytime I ask them if they want to watch a movie they say, "We want to watch Paula!" meaning Paula Dean. I don't know if you ever watch this, but this is a 50-60 year old southern woman who cooks with butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. I think they love her as much as Disneyland. (well maybe not that much, but you know what I mean) Anyway, I really love this because they are the best helpers in the kitchen. Last night I was just throwing together a quick dinner and they came upstairs, went and washed there hands, brought elastics for their hair, and got their aprons out. They were ready for enchiladas! They filled the tortillas, wrapped them, and then put the sauce and cheese on. After that they set the table. They are great little chefs!
When they take bites, especially Molly, as they are chewing they make sounds like; "MMMM & Ohhh" and look at me like they are looking into a camera while nodding their heads.
Ready for the oven.
They are the best eaters in the world! All we have to do is tell them, "you really love this" and they will eat whatever we put in front of them!

Baby Boy Schultz!

We went into the doctor last week (27 1/2 weeks) and got these wonderful pictures of our little baby. He is 2 1/2 pounds and so healthy. The ultrasound lady said that she wished all ultrasounds were as easy as ours. We are hoping that that means that he is going to be an easy baby. (We can dream) Anyway we think he is fabulous and sooo cute! Who do you think that he looks like? We think that he has Leah's nose!
He has his hand up by his face most of the time. At on point he was even sucking his thumb. (that should make you happy Mom)
I think he has the Anderson chin!
I LOVE this face!!!
